I need help with the following:

instruction: Using your dissertation work, develop your null and alternative hypotheses that are written in correct form and measurable.

My dissertation is around elderly patients greater than 65 years of age and the use of technology or the lack thereof in healthcare. i dont know where to start with developing the null and alternative hypothesis in a correct and measurable form.

Instruction: Once these have been developed, determine the descriptive and inferential statistics you will use.

I need help with using an appropriate descriptive and inferential statistic.
