Hello, I need some help creating an interview. I am playing the role of the employer asking the potential candidate questions. I am the one asking questions to someone. I posted this once already asking for help and the person answered it wrong because they thought I was asking for interview questions that would be asked during an interview and how I should answer them. That is not what I want. I already wasted one question on this. Below are the directions I was given by my teacher. I have no idea how to make an interview, I only know how to answer questions in an interview. If you have questions, ask before posting a wrong answer...Thanks!

It should be at least 1 page in length and cover everything from developing the interview questions to the room set up for the interviews. Think about who, what, why, when, where, and how. You need to describe how you will prepare and conduct the interviews in addition to giving a sample (no more than 5) of the questions you will ask.
