Hello I need some help with this Web Authoring assignment I have all the other pages already

Create a portfolio web site with at least five (5) pages. The web site must have the following page:

• Home The first time the home page is visited, prompt the user for their name. Display the user name entered with an appropriate welcome message on the home page. Store the name entered in a cookie. When the user revisits the page, do not prompt for the user name. Instead, obtain the name from the stored cookie before displaying the name with an appropriate welcome message on the home page. Include in the welcome message, the number of times the user has visited the home page. Use index.html as the filename for the Home page.
