I need to write a Quality Policy for my Project as part of Project Quality Management for Fox Island Wind Project. This is the expectation.

Define Quality Policy

• Define the expectations for the residents, project, regulations and the sponsor organization for the project

I am not looking for a generic quality policy but more related to the case study.
