Designated Record Set Identification
As the HIM assistant director, you have been given the responsibility of coordinating the process of identifying the designated record set for your facility. The HIM director, the ROI supervisor, risk manager, and the hospital attorney will be in on the final decision making; however, they have asked you to create a list of the content that you recommend for them to review and critique.
