I would need some points on what to write here. Please note that I was not very familiar with Program or portfolio prior. How familiar were you with programs and portfolios prior to this session? Have you ever provided assistance at the program or portfolio level (that you're aware of - we know every project should be supporting organizational strategy.)

What about organizational strategy? On projects you've worked with in the past, were you aware of the larger strategic goals the project was supposed to help achieve? (You'd be surprised - or maybe not - how often project teams aren't always aware of how their project fits within the larger organization.) Was "organizational strategy" well understood? (Did the organization seem to have a strategy?) The Pulse of the Profession suggests most organizations understand and attempt to align projects with strategy; does this seem to be the case in your experience?
