Hello! I'm looking for some assistance in creating an implementation plan for the WeWork Company case study- a global service provider of shared workspaces for freelancers, startups, small businesses, and a growing number of large enterprises. WeWork is growing at a rapid speed, and my recommendation was to continue working on the expansion of the "We" brand (In which they currently have WeLive which is a dormitory-style type of living arrangement, which comes fully furnished with everything you would ever want in an apartment (even a toothbrush). Another branch of the We brand that we support the We company in pursuing is WeGrow, which as described in the case is a "conscious entrepreneurial school). By turning the focus from expanding everything all at the same time, to focusing on the niche brands in which are already in place, it will allow for WeWork to continue to be a market leader when it comes to adaptive working and living situations. Before venturing into other subcompanies like their WeSail and WeBank, we want to first solidify and continue our efforts and focus on the already established current operations of the We Brand/Company (WeWork, WeLive, WeGrow).

I'm looking for some help to fully flesh out this idea with short term, medium, and long term goals with measurable milestones that are specific and relevant to the case mentioned. By turning the focus from expanding everything all at the same time, to focusing on niche brands in which are already in place, it will allow for WeWork to continue to be a market leader when it comes to adaptive working and living situations. Currently, all I have is that in the long term, if these sub branches of the We Company were to be successful, they should eventually branch out into their planned WeSail and WeBank ideas.
