Is anyone able to help me with this conversion table? This table gives a value, and you have to convert it to decimal floating point, binary floating point, binary scientific notation, and IEEE 32-bit (in Hex). This would be assuming a 16-bit floating point representation in IEEE formating where the 1 bit if for the sign, 4 are for the exponents, and 11 are for the fraction. I also think the bias should be 7, but I'm not certain... can someone verify?
