Hello Mathew, couldn't agree with you more building codes do require fire-resistive materials to be used in construction. You see it more in apartments and commercial settings as they usually share walls with other structures. With technology they have been able to make great products that give sufficient time for first responders a chance to save the structure and safely remove people. How would you use fire-resistive material? Would you recommend any changes
