Working in a clinic that is associated with the local inpatient psychiatric facility. Many clients are former patients. Receving a referral for a new client that will be released from the hospital tomorrow. The referral provides the following case summary:

Nick G. is a 22-year-old man who was admitted to Midtown Psychiatric on Sunday night following his arrest by local police. Nick was found naked on the roof of his apartment screaming. When the police approached him, Nick explained that he was arguing with God because he had not provided him with wings. The police took him directly to the hospital where he was given a sedative to calm him followed by a minimal dose of an antipsychotic medication. The following morning, Nick reported feeling "terrible" and was found crying. His parents reported that Nick was doing "really well" especially after having spent nearly a month feeling down and sad.
