Problem

Determine a product or service whose design and delivery have been causing a negative effect to the community.

1. Describe the design and delivery of your identified product or service. Give your critique based on what you have learned in module 3. (Module 3 is based on operation strategy) My product of choice is "Vape Juice" and how juice companies are making flavored juices in attempt to try to lure in the younger generation to start to vape

My new design for the product would be the integration of warning health labels emphasizing the harmful effects of nictotine, Vape Juice, and Vaping itself as a collective.

2. Suggest improvements on the design of the product or the delivery of service based on the critique that you have made. Come up with a new design of a product or, if service, produce a new flowchart to explain the new process. Discuss the changes you have made and explain the reason for these changes. How will your new design or process benefit the community?
