So I really need help with this case study as i am not quite getting this whole case through this pdf. Please help me with this. ( PLEASE ADD REFRENCE AND CITATION TOO AS IT IS COMPULSORY).

Case- Code Red- Healthcare.gov

1. SETTING THE STAGE .... What is healthcare.gov and what was the issue?
2. THE DASHBOARD .... What did it look like? Why is it important? How healthy was it?
3. The ROLLOUT .... Was it initially done all at once or phased? What are the advantages and disadvantages of rolling out all at once and advantages and disadvantages for the phased approach?
4. LEADERSHIP & TEAMWORK ... Who was initially leading the project when it was launched (before the dream team was involved)? How passionate was the initial teams sense of urgency? Was this a functioning team- why or why not? How was their communication?
5. THE DREAM TEAM... Who were they? Where did they come from? Did they succeed? How did the established (initial) team respond to the "dream team"?
6. YOUR THOUGHTS ... What are your thoughts on this approach? Are there any takeaways that you can bring back to your everyday work?
