I am doing a Presentation on International Accounting Standards (IFRS vs GAAP) and I have two aspects of the project that I am having issues with:

1) Provide detailed scenarios (these can be case studies, articles, or any published accounting scenario within the last 5 years) in which GAAP and IFRS would handle the situation differently.

2)Explain the challenges inherent with global corporate governance

You can provide up to 3 short scenarios.
