help me no 2 and 3 please !!!
4.0 DESCRIPTION The process below shows a combustion of fuel inside a furnace. The hot flue gas generated from the furnace is required to be cooled down from 1100 C to 180 C using a heat exchanger before it can be fed into the reactor. As a process engineer, you are needed to design the heat exchanger for the process as shown in Figure 1. You are required to design the most economical for the system. 1. Assumption of Design Concept i. State all the assumptions needed to select the material of construction for the heat exchanger. Give reasons for all assumptions that you made. ii. State all the assumptions needed to choose which type of heat exchanger so be design. Give reasons for all assumptions that you made. ji. State all the assumptions needed to calculate the chemical design of the heat exchanger. Give reasons for all assumptions that you made. 2. Chemical Design of Heat Exchanger i. Calculate the log mean temperature difference for your heat exchanger ii. Calculate the chemical design of your heat exchanger iii. Produce a drawing of your heat exchanger using AUTOCAD. 3. Feasibility of design concept and highlight the special features that you add into your design with justification.
