Each group will select an airline, transportation, or a shipping company and find out information about it from Internet, websites, published information etc. The following must be included in the project report: 1. An overview of the company or organization, a brief history, annual turnover, etc. 2. Its core capabilities, corporate, business, and functional strategics. 3. Number of transportation vehicles by type 4. Number of employees 5. Number of departures to countries, states, etc. 6. Annual revenue passengers and revenue passenger miles or cargo information 7. Available seat miles 8. Operating revenue (total) and per seat mile 9. Operating profit 10. State the sources of information as a reference with the information and add a list of references at the end. You may select an American, European, Asian airline, shipping or transport company and must be at least a billion-dollar company. Grading will depend on the contents and presentation. Project report 60 points Presentation, 15 points each 30 points Answers to questions 10 points The report must be written with grammar and spelling checks, in 12 size Times New Roman font, and no more than five pages.
