Help me respond to this stud post

This week's reflecting was on love and kindness. Not only treating others with love and kindness but also treating yourself with love and kindness. This sounds easy but can be easier said than done. For most of us we are our biggest critics. We can beat ourselves up for things not working out a certain way, think we could've handled certain situations better, and the list goes on and on and on. For myself I know I could be a little kinder to myself. I preach to my children to be nice to themselves as well as others but a lot of the times I need to preach that same message to myself. Focusing on being kinder to myself over the past week really helped take the edge off. I focused on starting my day with self-care. Normally I start my days by getting up and cooking breakfast for my toddler and forgetting to eat myself, and only run on coffee until lunch or even dinner. Instead, I started by drinking water as well as homemade warmed bone broth and then making breakfast for myself and my toddler, and then having coffee. There are a lot of health benefits to starting your day with bone broth instead of coffee. It helps boost immunity and can improve your energy throughout the day. Also, easting and hydrating before caffeine can improve energy too. I also stayed on top of my skin care routine as well as taking my supplements/vitamins. I also worked on yoga and meditations a few times this week. All these acts of self-care helped improve my mood and my stress levels felt a little lower. I hope to keep these things up and add hiking to this once it warms up. Doing all these acts of love and kindness to myself helps me show more love and kindness to others, and that feels good! I am excited to read about how everyone else treated themselves this week.
