For the purposes for my draft, we need to avoid sources that establish neutrality, middle ground, and "fence-sitting". For this draft we want to frame and compare the opposing/differing arguments objectively. The reader should not be able to tell how you feel about the issue (until the conclusion). In the conclusion, shift into the mode of argument and express your perspective (1-2 para). Yet, the paper will be primarily an objective analysis of opposing sources/authors. Find criteria by which to objectively compare their argument elements. You may include analysis of inference and implication. You can look at how the writing gives clues about the writer (the writer's life, purpose, disposition, bias, intention, etc).
