Write a Java program to read and store values for 45 sustained wind speeds from multiple storms in the Atlantic Ocean in 2020. Your program will determine how many hurricanes and how many tropical depressions and tropical storms combined there are in the data file.

Your program will include one method for input, one method to determine the number of hurricanes,one method for tropical storms, one method to display the data (all speeds are in mph) and the number of hurricanes.

You will use ONE array to store the 45 wind speeds, ONE variable to store the number of hurricanes and ONE variable to store the number of tropical depressions and tropical storms. You WILL NOT use a data class to store any of this data, ONE array of primitives is allowed.
