Load the data florida from the package "alr4". The 2000 US presidential election was especially close and contentious in the state of Florida. This data set contains data from all Florida counties representing the vote count of the two primary candidates, Gore and Bush, as well as a fringe candidate Buchanan. One of the arguments used to contest these results was that the ballots were confusing and led to voters who intended to vote for Gore instead accidentally voting for Buchanan. Does this data provide any evidence of this? Ballots in Florida differed by county, so if this hypothesis held out, we would see some number of counties appearing with an odd relationship between votes for Gore and Buchanan. 1) Test this hypothesis by looking at outliers.
