3) Frequency Divider System - Design a frequency divider circuit/system using digital logic timing/sequencing components. The idea is to divide an input signal (e.g. clock) frequency by 1, 2, 4, 8. Besides the clock and clear inputs, the divider receives a 2-bit, control input, ai,ao which specifies the divide by amount (ajo-00: divide by aiao-ol : divide by 2, alao-10: divide by 4, aao-11 : divide by 8).
