The first Strategy is to listen empathically and responsively. I because when I listen to everyone in my group and understand their point of view and understand the point they are trying to show us it will make me respond in a way all of them would be satisfied and we would not have had this conflict at all. The second strategy is to solve problems paradoxically and creatively, when finding a way to solve the problems everyone in my group is facing, it will be a lot of stress free in the project we will be working on. Also, finding creative ways to solve problems gets people to approach conflict in a different way. The third and last strategy is to learn from difficult behaviors. I believe learning everyone's behaviors is a way to understand how everyone faces conflict and how everyone deals with conflict and that makes everything a little easier because understanding how everyone in my group deals with conflict will allow me to help everyone and we will accomplish the project we had. - Section 2: Analysis.
