The Four Steps in the Perceptual Process

Perception is a cognitive process that enables us to interpret and understand our surroundings. This activity is important because managers need to understand how the basic perceptual process works before they are able to identify potential perceptual errors, or correct existing perceptual errors, that can occur in any one of these stages.
