HELP! The .css file (named style.css) provided is not linking to my .html file

Both files are in the same folder

I have validated my html code and it has no problems, However, when I tried validating the css code, the only error I had was the linking part of the css.

It is a requirement that I link that "style.css" file in my html. Please help.
