GROUP ACTIVITY Divide the course participants into the same groups as for the previous chapter's group activity and answer the questions listed above. Congratulations on completing this case study! If you developed the work breakdown structure, network diagram, schedule, bar chart, resource plan, and budget table and graph manually using pencil and paper, it was probably tedious, prone to errors, frustrating, and time consuming. Application software, such as Microsoft Project, Word, and Excel, can automate many of these tasks and allow you to use your time more effectively to analyze the project schedule and cost performance and manage the project successfully
