Help with python problem

So I need help with a program/algorithm that will take in a customers total debt(ex. total debt from bills $5,000), a debt amount that they want to get rid of (ex. credit card from total debt = 800), then take in a remaining cash amount they have for the month and ask what percentage they would like from their remaining cash to be used toward the debt amount they want to get rid of.

The variable "Remaining cash" the customer will have will always be the same. Ex. I always get $500 a month and I want to use %20 of that to pay my bills.

Example:

Total Debt = 3000 , Debt Requested = 800, Remaining Cash = 1200, Percentage Toward Debt = %20

A COLUMN SHOWING THE ADJUST DEBT REQUESTED FROM EACH PAYMENT (EACH ROW WOULD INDICATE A MONTH)

1200* (%20) = 240 ---> 800-240 =560

1200* (%20) = 240 ---> 560-240 = 320

1200* (%20) = 240 ---> 320-240 = 80

1200* (%20) = 240 ---> 80-240 = =-160

3000 - 240 = 2760

2760-240 = 2520

2520-240 = 2280

2280-240 = 2040

It would be great if you could use these variables & add any other variables you need. "Total_Debt", "Remaining_Cash", "Debt_Requested", and "Percentage_Toward_Debt".

The point is to have my output be a table showing as many rows it takes to pay off the requested debt and its decrease. And a column showing the adjusted total debt also being decrease.
