1. The website should be easier for the customer and employee to use. A plan should be developed and put into action so that it meets the customers needs on the site.

2. Create templates that will align the strategies to create the site to make it a success.

3. It should be easy to manage from any location at any time of day and flexible on the schedule. It should be easy to access on mobile devices, laptops and more.

4. Scalability should be high and have the ability to help as many customers or employees as needed. It will ensure the information put into the site will be immediately placed on the system.

5. Will be available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

6. It needs to be service oriented.
