Independent Variables: These are themes from your interviews. We began by interviewing participants and asking them questions aimed towards understanding what drives them to perform in their job. One such question we asked aimed to uncover what motivates employees to perform. Another questions we asked was meant to explore the effect that covid has had on workplace communication. We also asked questions that would uncover employees roles and expectations. Finally, we were looking for the factors that contributed to efficient job performance.We hoped it would help us uncover, patterns, themes and reasons behind motivation.This is how we conducted out study.
