I need a SQL SERVER query help, please.

I have a table A which have 2 columns which are StartDate and EndDate, and each row has different range StartDate and EndDate that it's not repeated, and I need a sql query to check new StartDate entered by the user, to check if new StartDate exist in between of the any row Date Range data in the table or not.

is anybody can help me for this.
