Assignment details:

You will build a prototype for a software application implementing one of the concepts or tools of Operations Management (Making a better usage of Productivity, Project Management, Factor Rating, Forecasting, SPC, Benchmarking, Bottleneck Analysis, Inventory Management, etc.), using the free version of https://www.adalo.com/

You will pitch your app by stating its value proposition (i.e. why customers should use it) in a couple of paragraphs (no need for a presentation), highlighting:

1. How your app adds efficiency (i.e. by making a better usage of existing resources, or by generating more output with less input).
2. How your app improves quality (i.e. the ability of a product to satisfy stated or implied customer needs).
