Have an assignment here I need some help on. I will attach the directions from the teacher with examples of what he is expecting and also my paper from last week to help with any question and to use the data from it.

Here's the assignment:

Let us develop a spreadsheet in Excel to compute the standard deviation of specific data.Trying to calculation by hand is so time consuming and frustrating.I know this is not a class on using Excel, but it really helped me a lot to be able to develop this tool.I have included how I did this table below.I'm a novice at Excel, so if anyone has a better way to, I would love to learn it.I am attaching my table.Would love some feedback.

By entering the data in a table, you Excel can create formulas that will automatically compute the standard deviation.

1. Input the data into a table.Sort by ascending value.

2. Add formula to compute the mean average of the data

3. Add formula to subtract the mean from each of the original values

4. Add formula to square the difference in Step 3.

5. Add formula to add up the squared differences.

6. Add formula to divide the sum of Step 5 by the number of original values minus one.(I( added a column an assigned value of 1 for each of the values represented and added a formula add these up and subtract 1).

7. Add formula to find the square root of the sum in step 6 to find the standard deviation.
