Hi ! I need to solve this exercise. My problem is that I have problems for calculating the torque needed for the acceleration phase since at exercise 5 not a single motor fit for my results.
For now for exercise 1, I have a torque needed for acceleration phase M_acc about 5.62 Nm.
For exercise 3, for acceleration phase, I have used the following equation : M_gb=M_acc/(N *e)+(J_load/(N*N)+J_gb)*a_load*N.
With M_gb the torque needed by the gearbox, N the gear ratio, J_load the inertia of the load (the system including the belt, the product and the 2 rollers), J_gb the inertia of the gearbox, a_load the angular acceleration of the load and e the efficiency of the gearbox.
Can you tell me what is wrong with my equation and help me find the solution to this problem please ?
