Hi I need your help with a Business Plan for a Recycling Company (This company is planing to start in the next year).

The company will be involved in the recycling of materials such as aluminum cans, scrap metals, pet bottles, used papers and cardboards et. The company will intend providing raw materials for companies that are into the manufacturing / production of books / papers, drinks, lubricants, oils, spare parts, chemicals, water, plastic and paper bags etc.

I need the following:

Maketing Plan:

Methods of identifying and attracting customers. Pricing strategies. Selling approach. Type of sales force. Distribution channels.

Management Team:

• The management team section should detail the proposed ventures organizational structure and the backgrounds of those who will fill its key positions. Ideally, a well-balanced management teamone that includes financial and marketing expertise, as well as production experience and innovative talentwill already be in place.

Offering:

Financial plan:

• This section of the business plan should show that the proposed business can be self-supporting and, ultimately, profitable.
• Pro forma statements, which are projections of the companys financial statements, should be presented for at least three years and possibly up to five years. The forecasts ideally include balance sheets, income statements, and statements of cash flows on an annual basis for three to five years, as well as cash budgets on a monthly basis for the first year and on a quarterly basis for the second and third years.
