I'm seeking a sample paper for this assignment: An organization has hired you as a facilitative consultant and requested you observe an existing team in action in order to provide recommendations for growth/improvement, and describe strategies that the team leader/facilitator can implement to develop an effective team. The field notes should be comprehensive and provide enough specific information to identify patterns and themes. After observing the team and evaluating its effectiveness, write an Executive Memo to be provided to the team leader/facilitator.

Based on your field notes, you will evaluate the performance of the team against the characteristics of effective teams from the Harvey and Drolet text. Determine those areas in which the team leader/facilitator and/or team membersare doing well and those in which they need to improve and recommend a strategy/process for doing so.Include at least one structuring device suggestion from the Practical Decision Maker text.
