Hi$!$ Im supposed to write an algorithm for two separate problems in my class. I need help writing the pseucode for a solution to these two problems. The first is designing an algorithm that identifies and lists the "peaks of interest" during a video. There's more information in the picture. The second is to design an algorithm to merge two priority queues. These algorithms should be at least O$($nlogn$)$ time and I JUST NEED PSEUDOCODE NOT ACTUAL CODE!!!!
