Hi, I'm trying to learn how to Encrypt/Decrypt with CBC with the following table:

I understand how to XOR, but I don't understand the working out portion. I'd appreciate step by step working out!

a) Encrypt using Cipher Block Chaining (CBC) the four-block message 1010 0011 1110 0000 and assume 1001 is the initial block

b)Decrpyt this message using CBC 1001 0001 0010 0101 0111 - Assuming 1001 is the inital block and forms part of the received message.
