On January 6, 2021 a mob attacked the US Capitol.

The mob is by definition a group and has a certain group behaviour. Using all of what you have learned in the course, Emotions, Values, Attitudes, Motivation in Action, Groups and Teamwork and Communication, undertake an analysis of the event to try and determine what were the underlying causes and motivations and how, from a theoretical point of view the problems could have been avoided

The project which will involve undertaking an analysis of the event. The group will appoint a leader who will assign roles and the team will present the solutions based on an analysis of leader, follower and situation elements as per the core learning outcomes of this course and identified in the text:
