Create a flow chart demonstrating the HIM department workflow or another process that you are familiar with ordering a product online to demonstrate their understanding of flow-charting techniques.

Flow chart must include, at minimum, the following

• Start/End Icon (Circle)
• Process Icon (Rectangle)
• Decision Icons (Diamond)
• Predefined Process Icon (Rectangle with small box)
• Line Connector Icon (Line Connecting the boxes)
• Using Word and or other means, create a visual and written presentation of your flow chart.
