Your health & safety consulting company has been hired by Millennium Transport Ltd to conduct a
Training Needs Assessment. Millennium Transport Ltd. manufactures and distributes tractor equipment used in heavy-duty agricultural/forestry sectors and for general lawn care. Currently, the company has a very limited training program however as they are attempting to achieve ISO 9001 certification, a robust training program is required. In addition, you have been informed that numerous incident reports have been filed over the past year and some have resulted in injuries with lost time. Furthermore, some workers who do return to work are not able to work to 100% capacity of the jobs that they previously occupied.
You have been tasked to perform a Training Needs Assessment (TNA) based on the current situation and are looking to identify:
What is the itch/ problem statement?
What is the current state of the situation versus what is the desired situation that you want the company to be in?
What training is required to implement a robust training program?
What are the three main causes leading to these injuries?
What are the benefits associated with the recommended training programs
Once completed you and your team will submit a written report and present the findings outlining:

Duties will include cleaning and maintaining restrooms, break rooms, carpets, and hard surface floors by vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping floors
