Your team has been hired by$,$ Gloria Johnson, a Construction Manager at Abbott Construction. She manages a team of $10$ that is facing a number of motivational and team dynamics issues. The challenges she is facing are described in the attached document below.

Read the case study carefully. Based on review of the situation, write a $4-$page double$-$spaced Word document $($Ariel $10$PT$)$ that includes an "executive summary," identification the key motivational and team issues, the current impacts they are having on the team's functioning both, on the individual and team level, and the long$-$term implications if the situation persists.
