  3. The Inclusive Workplace Model

i. Stage/Level 1: Organizational-diversity within work organizations

1. Discuss, in detail, the programs/policies/processes that your organization will implement to encourage and facilitate diversity within your organization.

ii. Stage/Level 2: Corporate/Community- inclusion and corporate-community relations

1. Discuss, in detail, the programs/policies/processes that your organization will implement to contribute to the organizations sense of being a part of its surrounding community and the reciprocity embedded in that relationship.

iii. Stage/Level 3: State/Federal Government- inclusion through state/national programs for disadvantaged groups

1. Discuss, in detail, state and/or national programs/policies/processes that your organization will implement that conveys your organizational approach with regard to disadvantaged populations such as welfare recipients, domestic violence victims, and youth in distress.

1. Discuss, in detail, the programs/policies/processes that your organization will implement to contribute to the organizations positions and practices related to the fair exchange of economic goods and services and the respectful cultural relationship with individuals and groups in other countries.

  4. You must cite the Bell (2017) textbook, Mor Baraks (2000) The Inclusive Workplace article, and a minimum of four additional external references in your paper and in your reference page, and they should be current (within the last 5 years)
  5. Grammar, spelling, punctuation, and sentence structure are factors in grading (please see the Rubric)
