This week we will examine the different types of leadership styles to possibly lead the healthcare organization. Understanding the different positives and negatives of each is vital to the healthcare institution$$s success. Healthcare leaders$/$managers need to be able to recruit, train, and retain staff members who are skilled and committed to the organization's mission. This involves developing policies and procedures for hiring, training, and performance evaluation, as well as creating a positive and supportive work environment.
