This case write up is based on the Fleetway case study. Prepare a written submission that accomplishes the following:

1) Outline the pros and cons of launching the go-karting opportunity and the escape room opportunity

2) Complete a financial analysis of the two alternatives. For each, create a projection of revenue and expenses based on information from the case. Prepare both a high and a low scenario for each. For example in the go-kart information there is basic operating information and then it also states to analyze the feasibility with only half the projected revenues. Prepare the projection both as presented and then at half the revenue. You may include your analysis with in the body of the paper, or as an exhibit or appendix at the end.

3) Based on the pros and cons and the results of your financial analysis, which project would you recommend that Fleetway pursue, based on management's requirement of a 5 year payback period? Support your recommendation with analysis and information from the case.
