In this exercise, you are playing the role of a researcher that is interested in the effects of three types of rewards programs for increasing employee motivation. When examining motivation in organizational settings, you can look at different factors: $1)$ a lower frequency of counterproductive workplace behaviors $($e$.$g$.,$ cyber slouching, absenteeism$)$ and $2)$ a higher frequency of employee engagement. You are also interested to know if there are gender differences across groups.

For the purposes of this research study, employees in a sales department were randomly assigned to groups and offered one of three reward programs during the second quarter of the fiscal year. After completion of the study, participants completed a survey to assess their counterproductive workplace behaviors $($CWBs$)$ and their engagement levels. For counterproductive behaviors, lower numbers are better, below $100$ is considered optimal. For employee engagement, $60$ or higher is optimal.
