Case: You have just been called in to help managers at Alixar, a fast-growing Internet software company that specializes in B2B network software. Your job is to help Alixar solve some management problems that have arisen because of its rapid growth. Identify and analyze 3 major Organizational Behavior problems and issues apparent in the company and provide solutions/recommendations based on Organizational Behavior principles and theories.

Provide a clear problem statement or explanation of the problems (symptoms or issues visible), identifying 3 major issues at least;

provide a thorough analysis of the problems (probable causes), as per your understanding and learning of Organizational Behavior concepts;

provide specific, actionable solutions to the problems identified and support your recommendations with rationale/ references/ examples from other companies doing it, or textbook theories or concepts.

your ability to draw upon and relate the issues to the Organizational Behavior concepts
