Hillary Beckles is the Executive Secretary. She receives a monthly basic pay of $150,000.00

as well as a uniform allowance of $5,000. She also has a standing order payment with CCW

Co-op credit Union of $10,000 per month.

 

Ken Biles and Adrian Troupe is Marketing Officer and Purchasing Officer respectively.

Each is paid a basic pay of $270,000 per month. They also received a meal allowance of

$2500 each for working outside of normal working hours. The marketing officer receives a

telephone allowance of $10,000 per month.

 

There are two sales representatives in the company. Their sales report for the July was:

1. Mazy Coombs - $160,000

2. Robin Coley - $700,000

Each salesperson is paid a basic pay of $200,000 per month plus traveling allowance of

$20,000 per month, and a sales commission of 6% of previous month's sales.

 

Antwaine Sibbles is the accountant. His annual basic pay is $5,100,000. He receives

telephone allowance of $6,000 per month. He has a standing order with NJB bank of $60,000

for a repayment car loan.

 

Michael Stewart manages the company and earns $6,400,000 annually. He also

receives the following monthly allowances: entertainment $40,000; housing

$100,000; and is currently repaying $55,000 per month towards a bank loan at JNX

Bank

 

Kareen McKintosh works as cleaner and is required to wear a uniform. She is paid

$9,000 weekly. She receives uniform and laundry allowance based on the specified

categories of workers.

➢ All employees contribute 5% of basic pay toward pension fund.

➢ All employees pay 2% of basic pay toward group health insurance- Guardian Allied Health

Insurance

➢ All employees, except the manager, pay union dues of one percent (1%) per month.
