Hints:

$1)$ The head developed across the pump is not the same as the difference in heights, because there is frictional pressure drop along the pipe.

$2)$ Use Bernoulli$$s equation to calculate the pressure increase across the pump in terms of the height difference and the frictional pressure drop along the pipe.

$3)$ For each flow rate, it will be necessary to calculate the Reynolds number, then the friction factor, then the frictional pressure drop.
