Historically there have been many successful projects - on time and under budget - but the Black and Decker creation of a new line of tools for a specific segment stands out as a very successful project (to me). Although this is not the module on risk - the risks are not just specific to the project - they are to the whole company. But more importantly I wanted to highlight that even without software - very complex and detailed projects can be accomplished. On the other hand, certainly the Leadenhall Building could not have been built without software assistance
