Background to the Project:

The kitchen pipes are leaking all over! The wall paint is peeling, and the kitchen cabinets are turning gray. It is time for renovation! You have got approval from all the family members and the kids have promised to give you a hand during the project! You have budgeted $40,000 and would like to finish the project within a month, before the school start.

Install new cabinets and sink

Remove the stove, the fridge, and the dishwasher

Purchase and install new amenities

Scope Statement: Out of scope

Replace the water pipes (you will contract out this part of the project)

Make PowerPoint Presentation File max 10 slides.

Constraints: any limitations

Assumptions: factors that are considered to be true for project purposes

Work Breakdown Structure: (5/15) a detailed, and numbered decomposition of project components. (Using the org Chart Format down to level 5 decomposition, a tabular format will not be accepted).

Network Diagram: (5/15) using two pass method, 25 activities must be included, and all shown in one slide, showing ES, EF, LS, LF and Slack for each activity, highlight the critical path/s using red colour.
