Simplify and state the identities used

Remember since these are all minterms it can be simplified by adjacency alone

Using Adjacency $A^{\text{'}}{B}^{\text{'}}{C}^{\text{'}}+A{B}^{\text{'}}{C}^{\text{'}}=B^{\text{'}}{C}^{\text{'}}$

Using Adjacency $AB{C}^{\text{'}}+$ABC$=AB$

Simplified function $Fs=AB+B^{\text{'}}{C}^{\text{'}}$
