To Begin: Go pick up both Nuts simultaneously with the left hand. Then pick up each Washer and then the Plate with your right hand. Return to your seat. With your left hand, pick up the U-Bolt in front of you. Assemble the Plate to the U-Bolt. Then assemble the two washers. Then take the 1 st Nut from your left hand and assemble to the U-Bolt.
